No. Under California law, you choose where your car gets repaired — not the insurance company. They might suggest one of their "preferred" shops, but you have every right to bring it here. We've worked with every major carrier and we'll handle the back-and-forth with the adjuster on your behalf.
Depends on the damage and how fast parts come in. A bumper or fender might be a couple of days. A bigger collision job is usually one to two weeks. We'll give you a real timeline up front — and if anything changes, we call. No surprises.
Yes and no. Estimates are completely free, and you don't need an appointment — just stop by during business hours and we'll take a look. If you want to make sure John's around, give us a quick call before you head over.
Our warranty covers the workmanship on any repair we do — body work, paint, refinishing — for as long as you own the vehicle. If something we did doesn't hold up the way it should, bring it back and we'll make it right.
If your insurance policy includes rental coverage, we'll coordinate with the carrier and the rental company so the swap is smooth. If you're paying out of pocket, we can still point you to a nearby rental and give you a realistic timeline so you don't pay for extra days.
We don't tow ourselves, but if your car isn't drivable, give us a call and we'll help you arrange a tow to the shop.
